Membership: How It Works

  • Signing up for our monthly membership is easy! Purchase your membership through our booking system (Acuity:Scheduling).
  • You’ll receive an email receipt immediately. This email contains:
    • Your personal discount code
    • A link to schedule your standard Cat Lounge visits
  • You can also create an Acuity account for easy online account management (like viewing or canceling your membership)—but it's not required. Everything you need will be in your emailed order receipt.
  • Your membership renews automatically each month, but you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle through your Acuity account or by using the link in your email.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only, but you’re always welcome to add extra guests to your reservation at the regular rate.
  • You will receive a subscription renewal reminder email 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date.
