Meet KitKat!

Meet KitKat!

UPDATE:

KitKat and Naan are furriends! These two sweet and shy girls have been staying together with the same foster family through the holidays, and they have gotten along very well. There has been some interest but are both currently still available, and they would be a great option for anyone looking to adopt a pair of bonded kitties. It would be ameowzing to see these two precious girls find their furever home together since they get along well, but both seem to adapt well to new situations and could be separated. Don't forget that Entangled Cat Cafe & Market has sponsored the adoption fees for both Kit Kat and Naan, so please go HERE to fill out an application for one or both of them. Let's help find Kit Kat and Naan their purrmanent home to start the new year! Thank you for your support!!

**********

Entangled Cat Cafe is thrilled to announce Kitkat as our October Kitty of the month sponsor cat. Kitkat is a sweet as her name, and just look at that adorable face! We would love nothing more than to unite her with a furever family this month. We have added a delicious almond biscatti made by Kiki's Bake Shop in Watkinsville, GA as our product of the month, and half the profits for each bag sold will go toward sponsoring Kitkat's adoption fees.

Kitkat is a one and a half year old black, white and gray tabby. She was born to a feral mom and rescued with her mom and three litter mates from Athens Clarke County Animal Control. Another single kitten found as a stray, Dallas, joined their litter just a few weeks later.

Kitkat's mom was spayed and released, and her litter mates were each adopted leaving just Kitkat and Dallas. They were eventually adopted together but were returned about six months later because the adopter's senior cats never adjusted to having young cats in their home. They had been back in their foster home together since the spring of this year until just a few weeks ago. Dallas was recently adopted and happily has found his purrmanent home, but KitKat has been overlooked by families looking to adopt.

Kitkat LOVES other cats and will meow and rub against them (just like she does her foster mom's legs!) and will follow them around wanting affection and attention. She has always been somewhat shy and would do best in a quiet household where she has one or two cat friends and an owner who likes a calm, independent cat. She hasn't been around dogs much but may do okay with a calm dog friend.

In spite of her quiet and mild nature, Kitkat still enjoys playing at a year and a half old. She usually sits next to her foster mom on the couch at night and likes to sleep under the bed, in the window, or curled up on the couch during the day for a cat nap. She loves treats, kitty "gogurts" and other snacks, and she's always in the mix with the other kittens in her foster home every morning when its time for wet food!

Kitkat has beautiful silky fur and gorgeous coloring, which she enjoys showing off with leg rubs when she's happy and ready for head scratches or a treat. Her fur is super soft and glossy. She has the sweetest face and lovely, expressive green eyes. Kitkat's foster mom says she is so precious and will make a great companion for someone!

Don't forget that every bag of our delightful Almond BisCATti sold during October helps sponsor Kitkat's adoption fees, so please make sure to purrchase these delicious treats often.
